The meeting rooms of the Old Bridge Public Library are available for use by nonprofit community organizations, businesses and governmental units for informational, educational or recreational meetings and programs in keeping with the mission of the Old Bridge Public Library.

Permission to use the meeting room does not constitute Library endorsement of the aims, policies or activities of any group or organization. The Old Bridge Public Library follows the guidelines of the American Library Association in promoting the use of its meeting rooms. The meeting rooms are available on an equitable basis regardless of the beliefs or affiliations of individuals or groups requesting their use.

Meeting room fees:

 

Residents or Local Non-Profit Group

Non-Residents or For-Profit Group

Large Meeting Room:
(includes kitchen)
150 person maximum
No application fee if groups include more than 50% Old Bridge residents $120.00 (up to 3 hours)
$240.00 (3 hours+)

Conference Room:
12 person maximum

No application fee if groups include more than 50% Old Bridge residents $60.00 (up to 3 hours)
$120.00 (3 hours+)

Resident/Local rates are assessed if the group is a locally-based business, club, or organization, a locally-based chapter of a state or national organization, or an informal group of Old Bridge citizens.

AV equipment usage fees:

AV Equipment available upon request with the following fee structure, barring prior booking for Library programs.

DVD/VHS Player + TV: $25


Projector + wall mounted screen (Large Room Only): $25


Tripod mounted stereo speakers

(Large Room Only – connectable to projector, DVD player, iPods, etc. via RCA stereo cables): $25


CD Player: $25
