1. Pick up basic forms at the Library. The IRS is cutting back on the forms that they send to libraries.
2. Photocopy reproducible forms for 15 cents per page.
3. Print online: www.irs.gov/formspubs/index.html  Black & white printouts from Library computers cost 15 cents per sheet. Some forms must be obtained directly from the IRS. Call 1-800-829-1040.

The State of New Jersey is no longer distributing tax forms or instruction booklets to libraries or Post Offices. We realize that this may be an inconvenience for many of you who are used to picking them up here.

4. Order 24 hours a day using NJ TaxFax: Call 609-826-4500 from your fax machine and enter the number of the form required.
5. File your return online FREE using NJ WebFile: https://njwebfile.com
   NJ WebFile can ONLY be used to file Full-Year NJ Resident Income Tax Returns (Form NJ-1040) and/or Property Tax Credit Applications (Form NJ-1040H).
