  2. Print online: www.irs.gov/formspubs/index.html  Black & white printouts from Library computers cost 15 cents per sheet. Some forms must be obtained directly from the IRS. Call 1-800-829-1040.

The State of New Jersey is no longer distributing tax forms or instruction booklets to libraries.  We realize that this may be an inconvenience for many of you who are used to picking them up here.

Options for obtaining NJ Tax Forms and Instructions:

  1. Print or Photocopy the forms you need at the Library.Black & white printouts from Library computers cost 15 cents per sheet.
  2. Print online: http://www.state.nj.us/treasury/taxation/prntgit.shtml
  3. Order by phone: Automated Tax Information System: 800-323-4400 or 609-826-4400
  4. Order 24 hours a day using NJ TaxFax: Call 609-826-4500 from your fax machine and enter the number of the form required.
  5. File your return online using NJ WebFile: https://njwebfile1.state.nj.us/nji/Welcome.asp
    NJ WebFile CANNOT be used to file a Homestead HOMEOWNER rebate application. Only TENANTS can file their application through NJ WebFile
