August 1 is known as Dogust 1st: the Universal Birthday for Shelter Dogs. Many shelter and rescue dogs don’t  know their actual date of birth so this day was given to every dog to celebrate!  Join us on  Dog-ust 1st as we honor our furry friends with a storytime and craft!   

You’ll also get to meet our special guest Sadie, a loveable therapy dog and her owner Ruth!
