Gentle Yoga for Adults

Five week series:

Thursdays at 10:15am: September 8th, 15th, 29th, October 6th, 13th.

Space is limited and registration online is required.  Please sign up for this class on the link below.  If you don’t have a library card, please call the reference desk at 732-721-5600 X5043 and we will register you.

Learn yoga right here at the Old Bridge Library!  Join Gina Rafkind of the Hope Yoga Studio to learn creative yoga poses that will relax both the body and the mind.  Perfect for beginners–no prior yoga experience is necessary.  Yoga mat is suggested.  This is an in-person series.
