Intro to Sewing for Adults: 2-Part Series (Part 1)*

This is Part 1 of a 2-Part Series, the same people attend both parts
Come join us as we dive into learning about the parts of the sewing machine! All participants will learn about seam allowances, construction and design as well as different stitches as we make an adorable tea bag wallet over the course of two sessions. This program is for adults ages 18+ only
- Registration is required to attend. Old Bridge residents are prioritized due to limited space.
- Please only register if you can attend both sessions from 1:00-3:00 pm: Part 1 (October 5th) and Part 2 (October 12th).
- Registration will open 2 weeks before the first class date on 9/21 at 10 am
- Participants are responsible for bringing the items listed below
Participants must sign and return a Liability Waiver prior to the first session. Waivers are available at the information desk.
Items to bring: 2 Fat Quarters, Button 1”
A Fat Quarter is a quarter-yard cut of fabric that measures approximately 18″ x 22″. This makes it wider than the typical quarter-yard cut, which is long and thin at 9″ x 44″
