The Hudson Shakespeare Company will present Almost, Maine by John Cariani, a play that comprises nine short scenes and 19 characters that explore love and loss in a remote, charming community called Almost, Maine. As the northern lights hover in the star-filled sky above, the residents find themselves falling in and out of love in unexpected and often humorous ways. Since its premiere in 2004, Almost, Maine has grown in popularity and is currently the most commonly produced play in high schools in the US. The Hudson Shakespeare Company is a regional Shakespeare touring festival based in Jersey City, NJ.
