Old Bridge, NJ – Nov. 9, 2018 – Kids can experiment with candy science, explore the magic of magnets, go on a quest with the Legend of Zelda and enjoy a special Sunday sundae at the Old Bridge Public Library this month.
Science Saturday: Candy Science: Saturday, November 17th @2:30pm. Kids in grades kindergarten and up will learn how to conduct simple experiments with a variety of candy. Registration is required for each child participating.
Miss Jen’s Lab: It’s Magnetic: Monday, November 19th @4pm. Youth Librarian Miss Jen has created a “Lab” to tinker, create, and experiment. Kids in grades kindergarten through 5 are invited to explore STEAM concepts by working with magnets. No registration required.
The Legend of Zelda Night: Tuesday, November 20th @7pm. The Library will celebrate the 20th anniversary of the Ocarina of Time action-adventure game with a night of activities and snacks. Kids in grades 6-12 are welcome to share their favorite adventures in Hyrule with fellow fans of the series.
Sunday Sundae Social: Sunday, November 25th @2pm. In honor of National Parfait Day, kids are invited to join us and make their own ice cream sundaes. Registration is required. This event is recommended for children in grades kindergarten through 5; please inform the Library of any food allergies when registering.
