Old Bridge, NJ – October 14, 2015 – The Old Bridge Public Library continues its quest to serve the evolving community by expanding its popular selection of foreign language books, with the addition of Arabic titles.
A selection of approximately 20 fiction and non-fiction Arabic books will be available to patrons by the end of October. Currently, the Library has over 5,000 foreign language books, with the largest selections available in Russian (over 1,600 titles) and Spanish (over 1,400 titles). Other languages include Polish, Korean, Chinese, Gujarati, Hindi, Italian and Urdu.
“Old Bridge is truly a diverse community and we are always seeking ways of reaching more people with valuable resources and services,” noted Library Director Nancy Cohen. “We are pleased to be one of the few local libraries that offer such an extensive collection of foreign language books and expect to enlarge it even further in the future.”
The Old Bridge Public Library is open seven-days a week and is located at 1 Old Bridge Plaza, at the corner of Route 516 and Cottrell Road.
