This class will be working with CentOS 7. Registration is required and topics will include:
- Installing CentOS 7 on physical/virtual computer: basic Linux tools (commands, compression, archiving, vim editor); working with files and file permissions
- Managing users & groups: partitioning and managing disk storage; constructing and managing file system and swap
- Controlling Access through firewall: managing network interface and network clients

July 27, Aug. 3, 10, 17 & 24
