Options for obtaining IRS Tax Forms and Instructions:
- Click here to access printable forms on the IRS website. Some forms must be obtained directly from the IRS. Call 1-800-829-1040.
- Order tax forms and instructions/publications by phone:1-800-829-3676
- You can send your documents to us for printing. All you have to do is send your file as an attachment to obpl-bw@printspots.com (for black and white) or obpl-color@printspots.com (for color), and come to print out your item during library hours. Black and white print outs are .15 cents each and color print outs are .25 cents each.

The State of New Jersey is no longer distributing tax forms or instruction booklets to libraries or Post Offices. We realize that this may be an inconvenience for many of you who are used to picking them up here.
Options for obtaining NJ Tax Forms and Instructions:
